Drawing inspiration from travels in France, coupled with a passion for gardening and penchant for infusing unexpected herbs into every entrée, Sunflower brings the essence of the picturesque French countryside to Bayport. Lunchtime introduces you to the enticing flavors of quiche, meticulously crafted from the freshest ingredients and enveloped in a savory herb crust. As the sun sets, our culinary creations unfold with welcoming savory hors d'oeuvres, homemade soups, local oysters, fresh fish , escargot, frog legs, hearty steaks, and Long Island duck , served with vibrant vegetables.
